Chelsea is a lifelong sports, fitness and nutrition lover who has been passionate about positively impacting others since joining the fitness industry in 2007.
Chelsea has spent years designing fitness and workplace wellness programs for universities and corporate offices, including the University of Southern California, California State University at Long Beach, and Gilead Sciences.
Chelsea uses her versatile background and functional training experience to co-create custom plans for individuals and teams enrolled in workplace wellness programs. She meets clients where they are along their wellness journey, holding space for their unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
Chelsea combines her background in both fitness and holistic health coaching to provide her clients with the ultimate resource for implementing fitness and lifestyle behavior changes for a truly balanced approach taking into account the whole person.
Chelsea has firsthand experience about the roles that not only nutrition and physical activity play in our health, but how life-changing and impactful it is to take a holistic approach to health by considering: your home environment, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, joy, adventure, creativity, sense of community, mental environment, to name a few.
Variety is the spice of life! Chelsea enjoys spending much of her time in the outdoors and in nature. She enjoys practicing gratitude, healthy cooking, motivational lectures and books, spirituality, sound and energy healing, meditation and yoga.
Chelsea is honored and humbled to have been a part of hundreds of clients' journeys through the years as they've accomplished incredible fitness and lifestyle goals. She looks forward to continuing her work primarily through virtual means as a holistic coach for clients who are ready and open to self-discovery and putting forth the effort to reach their goals.
