Frequently Asked Questions

  1. We begin with an introductory 20-30 minute phone call to get an overview of lifestyle, goals, background, health history, and availability. We will discuss program options and determine the best route for your goals and budget.
  2. After our initial call, you will receive an email from me with a few forms to fill out, including a detailed health history form and a liability waiver.
  3. We meet for your first session either virtually or in-person after all forms have been filled out and payment has been received.

I am passionate about helping others learn how to become more in tune to their emotional and physical states, become advocates for their health, and to step into their power and transform their lives one step at a time.

I have learned through my own life experiences and health challenges that there is more to functioning at my best than focusing on nutrition and exercise alone.  Through a process of ongoing self-discovery, I have learned that they way we talk to ourselves and to others, the way we view and respond to the world around us, how we manage stress, our self-care rituals, the quality and depth of our friendships, our sense of community, our creative outlets, etc., are all important factors that affect us at the cellular level, greatly impacting our longevity and quality of life.
