You are in great hands with Chelsea! She has your back. She is by far the most comprehensive trainer I ever worked with. She not only makes you sweat and push yourself so you get strong – but she can also help with nutrition and getting back your strength after an injury. I was luckily enough to meet Chelsea in 2018 and have her help as I got back my strength post second baby. Chelsea helped me build up my core, get back to my pre baby weight, and strengthen my pelvic floor with specific exercises.

When I was stressed she recommended mediation and sent me a mantra to follow along with a helpful meditation App to use. Again, post a major surgery, she helped ease me back in to get my mobility and strength, pairing well with the physical therapy I was doing.

As a health coach she has guided me to better eating habits and glad to see several habits have become permanent. She also helped me pre-surgery and during recovery to maintain clean eating habits to help me heal faster and reduce constipation. She is amazing at her job and is kind and really puts in the extra effort to help her clients succeed with their fitness and health goals. You can trust Chelsea.

I enlisted Chelsea’s professional training two months before my wedding with the intent to slim down for the once-in-a-lifetime photos and conclude my training in about eight weeks.
That was 20 months ago and I have worked with Chelsea consistently since. I continued longer than I originally planned due to her impact on my overall life. I already went to the gym and worked out on my own (inefficiently). Chelsea refocused my workouts, made sure I never endured injuries, taught me what healthy intense exercise is, and always gently reminded me of additional ways to remain healthy (food intake, special muscle stretching/loosening, impacts of hydration, and alcohol on muscle growth).
After training with her all these months, my body has been permanently reprogrammed for better health. I am more aware of my specific weaknesses and know how to bolster them–an important skill as we age. I will never workout inefficiently again.
Chelsea’s true gifts as a trainer will not fit on the resume: she is creative and always finds interesting workouts to do (you will never be bored) and she can explain how and why you feel a certain way during any routine with her amazing diagnostic abilities.
Put simply: my health is meaningfully better thanks to Chelsea and her everlasting impact.

Chelsea is an AMAZING instructor. I took her classes for 3 years, both in person and via zoom and she proved that it didn’t matter the environment you are in, you can always get a killer workout. She takes time to switch up the routine so we can work out different parts of our body, keep it challenging and I always get random sore spots. I love attending all her classes, instructions are super clear and she teaches you the modifications to do the workout. She always gives you helpful tips and motivates you in a very patient way. I feel so energetic after having class with her. Beyond all that, Chelsea is a person very passionate about wellness, health and fitness and just extremely easy to talk to you. I’ve been training with Chelsea for almost 2 years. Prior to that, I also worked with another master trainer for 2.5 years. I had two knee surgeries due to skiing accident and severe back pain from sitting long hours in front of computer. Because of the pain, the previous trainer told me to hold off on training for some time. My primary care doctor couldn’t figure out what caused my back pain except observing some inflammation on my spine from a MRI.

My health declined noticeably until I met Chelsea. Her patience, knowledge, and encouragement has helped me recover gradually and become stronger. I don’t have severe back pain anymore and was able to get closer to my weight prior to having 3 kids.

Her personalized training approach has made a significant difference in my physical and mental health. No matter how busy my schedule is, I always look forward to our training sections on Zoom twice a week.

Chelsea is amazing. She works with my three teenage athletes who all have different needs. She caters workouts specifically for each of them and is incredibly knowledgeable on anatomy and nutrition. My kids adore her and have seen incredible improvements in their physical performance since using her.

Chelsea is extremely relatable and very easy to get along with. This is incredibly important as she knows exactly how and when to push me to achieve my next goal. I really enjoy Chelsea’s virtual functional core and metabolic conditioning classes each week. Chelsea is a terrific fitness instructor who really wants you to succeed, and will strive to make the experience the best for her clients. I’ve taken group exercise classes with Chelsea for 3yrs, both in-person and virtual, and she makes her classes easy to follow. Because she does the workout with you, the pace of the class is realistic and you can watch her perform the exercise to ensure you’re following along. Chelsea is also great at providing tips to ensure proper form while exercising – her tips/reminders always come at just the right time so I can continue to make slight corrections for a safe and effective workout. She also gives options for modified variations, truly making it a class for any level. Highly recommend!! 🙂

After 18 months (and counting) of taking Chelsea’s virtual Zoom classes, I just wanted to thank her for all her hard work. These classes have been wonderful for my mental and physical health, and they are challenging and fun. I typically take Chelsea’s Metabolic Conditioning class but I also enjoy her Functional Core class. My husband has also enjoyed taking many of her classes!

Chelsea plans and communicates an excellent workout that can be tailored for different fitness levels day after day , week after week. She clearly demonstrates and explains the exercises and motivate her class participants in a way that doesn’t seem possible virtually. But she does it. I owe my improved strength and endurance to her Metabolic FItness and Core workouts that I took throughout 2020 and 2021. Friends gained weight. I gained strength. Thanks so much Chelsea!!

I have been taking online group exercise classes with Chelsea since the beginning of quarantine 3x a week. Chelsea is so amazing at what she does. She is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer who motivates you to push yourself through challenging moves and become stronger every day. My body is now definitely capable of doing so much more than it could 18 months ago and I owe a great deal to Chelsea. She always properly plans the class and the exercises she does each week. She gives modifications and it feels as if the class is developed for each individual taking it.

Chelsea is very inspirational and validates her participant’s efforts and that has felt really good! Her Kettlebell class routines are challenging and have provided me with a great workout. I am much stronger now for doing Chelsea’s Kettlebell classes for over two years now. She amazingly helps us correct our form so we safely workout without getting injured and have maximum benefits. When you finish a workout with Chelsea you feel amazing. You will get in great shape through Chelsea’s workouts! She continually encourages us and that feels great!
