Offering custom coaching and educational options available to fit the needs of your site:

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching For Individuals (1-on-1 only)

Through individual Holistic Lifestyle Coaching programs, individuals will feel supported, empowered, and held accountable to reach their goals as we work together to co-create a plan that enables them to choose health-promoting behaviors that work for them and their bio-individuality. 

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Frequency: 1 session per week

Lunch & Learns For Groups (10 to 100+ participants)

Educational group sessions are provided on a chosen health, nutrition, or fitness-related topic. Lunch & Learn Topic examples include: “Mindful Eating,” “Healthy Holiday Habits,” “De-clutter & De-Stress,” “Meal Prep for Success,” “Bringing Creativity Into Your Life to Reduce Stress,” etc.

  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Frequency: as requested (Example: 1x per month or 1x per quarter)

Group Exercise Classes – For Groups (10 to 100+ participants)

  • Duration: 30, 45, or 60 minutes
  • Frequency: 1 to 3 classes per week
  • General format options:
    • Total body (High-Intensity Interval Training, Boot Camp, Strength & Conditioning)
    • Mobility, Flexibility, Calisthenics
    • Isolated muscle groups (e.g. Core, Lower Body, Upper Body, etc.)

Personal Training – For Individuals or Small Groups (1 to 3 participants)

  • 1 participant: 30 or 60 minutes
  • 2 or more: 60 minutes

For Small Groups (4 to 8 participants)

  • Format: highly specialized and custom class design
  • Duration: 45 or 60 minutes
  • Frequency: 1 to 3 classes per week
